How we
work.
Four stages, one point of contact, a website your organization can run without us. Here is what happens after you book a consult call.
Book a consult call-
01
Consult call
We talk through your organization, your programs, and what your current site is failing to do. You tell us who visits your site and what you need them to do when they get there. We ask questions until the goals are clear.
-
02
Content and structure
Before any design happens, we map every page and decide what belongs on each one. We work from your existing materials, mission language, and program details so the site says exactly what your organization does.
-
03
Design
We design every page in full, not a single homepage mockup. You see real pages with your real content before anything is built, so there are no surprises once development starts.
-
04
Build and handoff
We build the site, test it on real devices, and walk your team through updating it yourselves. You leave with a working site, login credentials, and a plain-language guide to making changes.
Every stage above happens in sequence, with your review built in before we move forward. You are never shown a finished site for the first time, you see it taking shape at each stage.
Included in every engagement: content mapping, full page design, a working build, and hands-on training for your team so you can make updates after launch without calling us.
You are involved at every stage.
We send work for your review before moving to the next stage. Nothing goes to build until your team has seen and approved it.
One point of contact.
You work with the same person from the first call through handoff. No hand-off between departments, no repeating yourself.
